This role will play a fundamental part in delivering top-notch experiences and ensuring all customers and visitors receive a warm, professional, and friendly welcome.Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and visitors warmly and professionally.Provide registration support and issue access passes and visitor passes as required.Coordinate conference and meeting room scheduling and offer necessary support.Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly.Manage incoming deliveries and oversee their distribution efficiently.Support large in-house events as needed.Maintain the premises in excellent condition at all times.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is a fun, charismatic, and people-oriented individual who can build a sense of community, connection, and belonging through delivering exceptional service in the workplace.
