We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant, located at Dickson, Canberra.
Candidates must be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities should include but not limited to:
-Conducting recruitment and training new staff .
-Maintaining inventory records and order stock accordingly.
-Working closely with chefs and owners to plan the daily/ weekly menu specials.
-Assisting owners in budgeting, payroll, and revenue management.
-Ensuring highest levels of hygiene and sanitation are followed across the restaurant to comply with the health and safety regulations.
-Supervising staff rostering and monitoring their performance to ensure consistent service standards.
-Planning events and special functions at the restaurant.
-Exceeding customer satisfaction by improving the overall service experience and compliant handling.
