More About the Role at JLL What this job involves: As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will be a team player who will work with all team members to achieve key compliance and operational KPI's established by the Client and the responsibility of the JLL Team to deliver. Responsible for systems administration of a maintenance management system, reporting, and facilities support for a distributed portfolio. Primary duties will include working with the Facility Management team to handle routine facility related operations, including creating, managing, and verifying work orders, managing and clearing work order flags, and proficient management / coordination of and with maintenance technicians and 3rd party providers. A snapshot of the role: - Manage all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery - Ensure compliance with client's policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with JLL FM Operations Manual procedures - Ensure compliance with contractual SLA in order to meet KPI targets - Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations - Provide interface with client's representative and BMO - Assist in ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance program - Manage small proj - ects including MAC and liaise with project team for large scale projects to ensure seamless FM operations - Carry out periodic FM inspections - Ensure defects are identified, captured on the Help Desk and actioned within service levels - Coordinate FM team self performed and vendor works on site - Monitor works or goods received quality liaising with site Engineer or Technician as necessary and reconcile works or goods received to PO as necessary - Ensure the effective completion of all incident reports - Manage and update local issues and projects trackers - Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards - Manage end user expectations - Proactively identify and investigate potential cost saving or value add opportunities - Delegate for client's FM stakeholder as required in their absence Sound like you?
