The RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort seeks a Senior Sales & Events Coordinator for a secondment role.
This part-time position involves coordinating conference and events bookings, sales, and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in hotel or resort operations.
* Handle client phone enquiries and manage general sales email inbox
* Create proposals, contracts, and sales addendums
* Prepare reports on expenses, sales activity, and group production
* Participate in daily sales activities and manage diary
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Maximise business opportunities and cross-sell
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong understanding of budgeting and sales forecasting processes
* Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
* An ability to communicate clearly and professionally
* A high level of personal initiative and enthusiasm
