Key Responsibilities: Advanced Troubleshooting and Support: Address escalated network issues from Level 1 support, resolving connectivity issues and ensuring stability across client networks. Network Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs in alignment with company and client standards. Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor network health and performance, addressing potential issues to maintain uptime and security. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to provide high-quality support, addressing their network-related concerns efficiently and professionally. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in a network support or related role, ideally within an IT services environment. Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Cisco technologies, including routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, and familiarity with VPN and firewall configuration. Certifications: Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred. Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly and effectively.
