About the role
Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, this role will primarily support the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) & the General Manager of Treasury Business Solutions (TBS).
This position will also provide assistance with key deliverables for the Investor Relations team and ad hoc support for the Corporate Finance & Strategy Leadership Team.
* Manage the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS diaries including scheduling and negotiating meetings.
* Prepare and reconcile expense claims for the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS ensuring compliance within policy.
* Manage ad hoc complex travel arrangements for senior leaders adhering to policy guidelines.
* Attend meetings, distribute agendas, record action items, and ensure follow-up within set deadlines.
* Coordinate all Investor Relations events, maintain an annual IR calendar, and ensure all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.
* Process invoices, create purchase orders, receipt invoices, and manage vendor additions in the JDE and MyContracts system.
* Organise team events, town halls, offsites, and conferences. Handle team communications, support onboarding, and manage general administrative tasks.
* Assist with planning cycles, coordinate ad hoc meetings, maintain policy libraries, and provide general administrative support for the CF&S Leadership Team.
