The Role: Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard-working team's day in order.
This position will see you utilize your administration, organizational and relationship management skills daily.
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your specific duties will include but not be limited to: Offering administrative assistance to the Sales Department Compiling Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotations, and Calendars Coordinating marketing arrangements for upcoming listings Preparing open-for-inspection packs and just listed/auction/sold letters Publishing listings online, making necessary adjustments to price guides or details Organizing and managing records and files for upcoming property listing Collaborating with the General Manager in the implementation of new processes, policies, software, or initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
