Due to growing demand, our Perth Branch is seeking a Product Support Representative – Mining to join its Customer Support team.This role involves traveling across Western Australia to assist customers with technical issues and develop solutions tailored to their needs. The position will also provide technical and diagnostic support to HCA staff.Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibilities include:Support of the Hitachi Mining FleetPerforming diagnostic evaluations, troubleshooting, and fault findingPerforming hydraulic testing, machine inspections, and producing condition reportsWorking with internal departments to provide high levels of servicePromoting parts and service in line with branch sales and margin targetsTo be successful you will need:Relevant trade qualificationsAbility to work unsupervised and manage customer baseMine site experienceExcellent technical knowledge of mining equipmentExcellent computer literacy skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to travel to site as required in line with customer needsAbout the BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
