Do you want to be a subject-matter expert for an industry leader?
We are looking for YOU, an enthusiastic customer-focused individual, to join our team as an in-house Inside Sales Representative on a 6-month Fixed Term contract within our growing Concrete division based in our Port Melbourne office.
Your day will involve:
1. Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral’s small to medium-sized client base
2. Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
4. Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products
5. Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate.
What are we looking for?
6. Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position OR within a customer service centre environment
7. Experience in the construction industry is preferable
8. Well-development verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
9. Ability to stay on top of current market conditions including competitor and industry analysis
10. Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs
