About your role:
Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the department to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels.
Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery.
Lead, coordinate and assist in design, development of training materials specific to clinical application systems allocated within the portfolio.
Ensure end to end service delivery for systems within CHHHS by establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with technical specialists, application specialists, vendors and end users.
Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance and deployment of application specific guides, work instructions and technical documents.
Provide timely application support activity reports, documentation and recommendations on the operational performance of Applications to stakeholders.
