You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?In this role, you will provide essential support to the Digital, Data, Design and Engineering leadership team, including the Head of Post Trade Data and a globally based team of over 140 people.Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative and organisational tasks. You will manage calendars by scheduling and organising meetings, appointments, and events. Additionally, you will handle travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as preparing detailed travel itineraries. You will handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of executives, and also coordinate meetings, which involves organising and preparing for them, setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Furthermore, you will manage expenses by preparing and submitting expense reports and overseeing budgets.
