Arrowquip is seeking a self-motivated, driven individual to join our team in the role of inside sales.
We are looking for Inside Sales
Focus: Primarily concentrates on motivating and accountability of dealers, distributors, or resellers who sell a company's products or services.
* Field incoming leads, quotes, opportunities and other general customer-facing queries
* Influence consumer buying habits through establishing and maintaining high quality customer relationships and offering product options and yard systems to ensure the customer receives first-class satisfaction
* Achieve Individual Sales Targets and activity KPI’s set by the Internal Sales Manager
* Keep on top of leads and opportunities on a daily basis
* Prepare proposals as required that clearly articulate Arrowquip’s points of difference and encourages the purchase of higher margin products
* Take a proactive approach to generating inquiries through dealer businesses through follow-up of marketing efforts
* Maintain Salesforce CRM with key market intelligence that is up to date and accurate
* Provide support and service to new and existing customers to ensure the customer experience is excellent throughout the sales and after-sales process
* Provide cover for other Internal Sales during absences on leave
