Perkins Builders is now seeking a Junior Administration Officer/Receptionist for a key role within our Perth team. The ideal candidate will be a recent Year 12 graduate with a 'can do' attitude, a strong work ethic, who is reliable and has a willingness to learn. In return, the successful candidate will be offered a permanent role in our supportive admin team. The successful candidate is expected to: Represent Perkins Builders as the first point of contact in a warm, professional way. Maintain various registers and schedules. Ensure boardroom, meeting rooms and kitchens are presented to a high standard. Provide administrative support across a range of departments. Support the Estimating team with administration related to tender submissions. Learn document control and project administration. Assist with printing and scanning of documentation. Assist with the organisation of social events and functions. Assist with office coordination for the Balcatta office, including ordering supplies, maintaining the office, coordination of vehicle movements etc. To be considered for this role candidates must hold the following: Excellent communication with outstanding interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and polite telephone manner. A bubbly, friendly and helpful nature, with a can-do attitude. Completion of a Cert II in Business Administration, highly valued. Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously on a variety of tasks. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
