The role of the Senior Integration Specialist is to develop robust integration solutions and add technical expertise to the implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of client's integration needs.
The Senior Integration Specialist will be responsible for the design and development of integration solutions, based on REST/SOAP APIs and event-based integrations between project’s core systems, Salesforce, Technology One, and InfoLease.
The position will provide technical services and help define integration principles/best practices to core business systems, especially in the area of integration and data transformation.
The role will work alongside a team of experienced and driven Technology and Project Specialists within the Global Transformation Team.

1. Work closely with solution and data architects to design integration solution options that are fit for purpose, align with integration principles, and support strategic objectives.
2. Provide and develop integration services to deliver both fit for purpose and reusable solutions.
3. Contribute and expand on the established integration principles, patterns, and standards that will govern the approach to application and data integration.
4. Maintain the integration environment to ensure availability and operational objectives are met, including coordinating the change, configuration, and release management process for integrations.
5. Monitor, identify, and resolve system integration issues in accordance with technology SLAs.
Impact
Develop integration solutions in line with industry best practices across the SilverChef application landscape ensuring business outcomes continue to be met and improved.
Support integration between all SilverChef applications, including Salesforce, InfoLease, Technology One, and external services to ensure that the technology investment is maximized.
Strong knowledge of systems development and integration will improve business efficiency and drive automation.
Minimize risk through the formulation of technical documentation and best practice patterns and approach.
Key Qualities (What are the technical and soft skills required for the role)
* Understanding of cloud-based integration platforms
* Integration experience with API and Web Service technologies (REST & SOAP).
* Dell Boomi Development Essentials & Dell Boomi Associate Developer Certification highly regarded
* Knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies (e.g. Flows, Apex, Platform Events)
* Understanding of data flow and integration concepts - including but not limited to push/pull integration, synchronized, file drop
* Demonstrated analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
* Detail-oriented, organized/structured, and results-oriented
* Strong testing and problem-solving capability
