Job Description:
As the Lead Safety Officer/Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures. You will undertake audits and lead investigations with operational and field staff, report and present on findings, and provide corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement HSEQ Systems, Policies and Procedures
* Undertake audits and lead investigations with operational and field staff
* Report & present on findings, and provide corrective actions
* Assist with the development of weekly and monthly HSE statistics
* Develop close and effective working relationships with Operations and Maintenance Teams
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills (both oral and written), very strong MS Office Suite skills and other software packages, ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout all levels of the business, knowledge and understanding of OHS Legislative Framework, Minimum Certificate IV WH&S qualifications are essential.
