IT&Digital recruitment, b. people solutions such as on-site staffing, contractors, offshore teams, c. comprehensive solutions including recruitment, people, HR and digital, d. IT development projects such as application support, application, website, Digital Marketing projects, e. managed service and HR Software (AppetencyHR) •Ability to discover customer needs and sell solution that helps solve customers' problem•Capitalising on your network and other prospecting techniques to sell solutions to new clients•CRM system to accurate lodge and track prospects•Ability to understand bigger picture and identifying/recommending the right solution for the client Experience Requirement: •Sales enthusiast who wants to earn good commissions•Ethical sales practitioner who is sales driven but customer focused •EXCEPTIONAL English & communication skills both oral and written•PROVEN Business development and client engagement experience •Understanding on IT, Digital, recruitment, IT managed services, RPO, Digital marketing or a sales gun who can learn quickly What is on offer?•Sales only accountability – no delivery accountability•Excellent earning potential - Great commission structure – commissions only role•A wide variety of solutions to sell•Work from anywhere but with the same earning potential
