Base Salary + $25K allowance + super + annual bonusFIFO from Townsville or salary sacrificed from other centres4/3 Roster - Monday - ThursdayAt IPL our people vision is to unlock our people capability and culture to create safe, inclusive and high performing teams on the ground.The RoleReporting to the General Manager Northern Australian Operations, this role will see you provide high level executive administration and confidential support to the GM and Senior Managers on site.Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited ToProactively prepare briefing materials for meetings, anticipate the needs of the Senior Managers, and ensure the efficient management of correspondence and documents.Arrange travel requests and reconciliation for the GM/SSE, and undertake complex financial tasks such as budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and variance reporting.Oversee office supply orders, manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) registers, and act as a liaison for IT-related matters, ensuring seamless office operations.Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for staff in accordance with policies and procedures.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on employee engagement activities and site wide events management.What You’ll BringIdeally you will have knowledge and background in administrative support in a similar role in a heavy industry environment.
