Our Client:
Our client is a Telstra Enterprise partner and we are looking for exceptions candidate, a relationship builder who can capture new clients, build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Managed IT Services business of the organisation.
The role initially shall be new business development role i.e hunter responsible for bringin new clients and shall move to a mix of BDM and AM as you slowly increase your client portfolio. The role can remain a hunters role if you prefer the new business development responsibilities.

3. Hands - on experience in technical IT infrastructure solution selling.
Job tasks and responsibilities
4. Build new client base for the IT, mobile device management and associated Telco (Teslstra) managed services practice
5. Accountable for revenue growth and exceeding target expectations
6. Designing and building solutions around IT infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure (Telstra cloud, Azure), Servers, Mobile device management (MDM), mobility and telecommunication set up of the clients
7. Create proposals, pricing, quotes for customer requirements and build sales pipelines
8. Excellent knowledge of ITIL based Service Management workflow applications like Incident, Problem and requirements management.
9. Build strong customer relationships and accountable for customer NPS
10. Responsible to set and manage client expectations
Experience: You MUST have:
11. Proven track record of several years work experience in Selling of IT infrastructure solutions especially mobile device management solution
12. Exceeding sales expectation and must have proven track record of 100% accountability
13. Experience Solution Selling around – VMWare, Infrastructure, Cloud and specially Mobile devise management (MDM) systems and Smart Devices (Apple, Android devices like tablet and smart phone, Windows iOS etc
14. Strong understanding of servers & configuration & maintenance: Windows Server 2008 / 2003, Exchange, O365, Active Directory, AirWatch, Web server platforms (IIS, Apache), Linux Forms (Ubuntu, Fedora, Red Hat, Open Suse), other mail systems, web certifications such as SSL and IIS
15. Previous experience of Telstra business products and process shall be beneficial
16. Candidates with VMWare, Microsoft, ITIL and Telstra certifications shall be given preference
17. Proven experience of creating quotes around IT services – Cloud, Telstra Cloud, Azure, Server utilization, etc
