The Opportunity Our Brand and Creative team is a skilled group of designers, brand marketers and creatives, working to elevate the shopping experience for pet families across Australia. We are looking for a Creative Production and Ecommerce Visual Manager to join our in-house creative team as we embark on the next phase of growth. As Creative Production and Ecommerce Visual Manager you will flex your production muscles across both eCommerce and Creative shoots. Moving between owning end-to-end product photography and motion, content creators and larger lifestyle shoots - this is a unique role that impacts all aspects of creative across the funnel marketing channel. In this role, reporting to the VP, Brand and Creative, you will lead the smooth movement of workflow from brief to execution, through to post-production and launch. You are the first point of contact for briefs coming into the Creative Team and the the key liaison with stakeholders across Marketing, Category Management, UX, and Tech. You will manage all communication in relation to shoot timelines and deliverables. You will own the end-to-end-eCommerce (SKU production) workflow, from creating and setting image guidelines, SKU identification, liaising with Buyers and Fulfilment Centre team to call-in samples, managing shoot lists, booking photography staff and running retouching and QA. .You will create and own image guidelines and ensure ongoing QA meets Brand Standards. You will own our key imagery KPIs, ensuring fast turnaround of SKU photography, while building a longer-term testing framework, to ensure we are producing best-in-class content to support eCommerce conversion. As Creative Production Manager, you will also lead the project management of all creative content streams. Working across monthly and seasonal creative planning cycles, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and creative is executed to a high standard at all times. You will have the confidence and experience being on set, partially in eCommerce photography and video, and can flex into larger creative projects that may encompass in-house shoot, UGC, and external production houses. It goes without saying, that run sheets, briefs, shoot-lists and retouching notes are second nature to you. You know what the difference between a PPM, PreProd and Retro means. Gantt charts make you happy and a tightly controlled budget file brings you joy. Having a keen creative eye to match talent to brief and being able to support in post-production will ensure your success in this role. You will need to have the ability to source and manage a pool of mostly external freelance and casual talent and be confident in assessing project briefs and managing the flow of work within the creative team.

The ideal toolboxYou will be process-driven and a strategic thinker - keen to improve existing processes and implement best-practice. Demonstrated eCommerce Studio Production and Creative Content production for an online retailer or digital-first brand, with a minimum of 7 years practical experience.In-depth understanding of pre- and post-production process for content.Retouching, post-production or photography skills would be a bonus.You move with pace - staying on top of trends and turning shoots around to capitalise on digital trends.You understand how to use content creators, outsource and different production models to support in-house shoot teams.Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.You've shown you can work collaboratively with the wider marketing and agency teams to ensure effective campaign integration.You're instinctively curious and stay up-to-date with relevant cultural and industry trends to identify creative opportunities.You have a well-honed testing and fail mentality, using data to help inform low-fi content shoot. Role location We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you).
