Your Profile To succeed in this role, you will desire to work in a team environment where each member gives as much as they get. In addition, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of the clients you support and committed to your professional growth and development. As well as this, you will have: Registered with AHPRA (or due for registration in the next three months); Overseas applicants are considered for the role, and on-the-job training is available to up-skill. Ideally, you will have a clinical master's degree, have completed a skills assessment in terms of AHPRA requirements, and need only to complete a three-month provisional period. You would also be willing to write the National Psychology Examination; A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a National Criminal Record Check clearance certificate; or the willingness to obtain these documents; Eligibility for registration to provide services under Medicare. Flexibility to provide the evidence-based therapy you prefer and best suited to your clients Your Remuneration Package If both you and them agree that you are a great fit for their team, then you will be made an offer based on your skills and years of relevant experience. As a general rule, Base Salary Rates for Employees range between $75,000 and $100,000 per annum, which is SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE Award. (If you choose to work as an Independent Contractor, then your earning potential will range from $120,000 to $140,000 per annum).
