Salary $114,120 Super option to salary sacrifice Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Analyst to join our Risk, Policy, and Compliance business unit in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring and supporting our business units with clinical governance and compliance obligations. You will track and analyse clinical and non-clinical statistical data, produce insightful reports, and work collaboratively to enhance clinical operations and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Extract and analyse clinical statistical data from Residential Care and Home Care sources on identified indicators and risk areas. Produce trend reports and prepare data for the Residential Care National Quality Indicator programme. Collaborate with the GMRPC and Executive Manager Clinical and Health Services to develop and implement additional clinical indicators and risk areas. Provide education and guidance to clinical teams to ensure accurate data input into client management systems. Assist with the development and review of clinical policy documents and guidelines. Serve as the secretariat to the Clinical Committee, in times of GMRPC absence. Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical operations at Goodwin. Maintain professional registration and update Goodwin on any changes. General Requirements Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, legislation, Work Health and Safety, and diversity standards. Essential Requirements Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia. Willing to undergo a NDIS WWVP check as pre-requisites to employment. Need to hold a valid Australian driver's license This role is based in the ACT, however, the occupant must be able to travel to our NSW Batemans Bay sites to undertake site visit reviews and data collection. This may include overnight stays. Essential Skills Working knowledge of the Aged Care System. High-level report writing and clinical indicator analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with tight deadlines. Strong ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. High-level interpersonal skills and effective communication with a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to quality systems and continuous improvement. Desirable Skills Understanding of Telstra Health Clinical Manager and Bestmed medication management systems.
