White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, gain followers etc. Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the agency managing paid media channels to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and optimised for performance.Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.Optimisation: Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve performance.This includes A/B testing, adjusting targeting, and refining ad creatives in collaboration with the agency.Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as content, creative, graphics, PR and product teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging and objectives.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the women's fashion industry.Affiliate Marketing Program Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing program, ensuring it aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.Program Optimisation: Effectively optimise with top affiliates including flat fee and CPAi based placements to drive sales and boost performance. Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and influencers.Ensure they are onboarded and educated on the brand and its products alongside AM's.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse affiliate performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales.Use this data to optimise campaigns and improve performance.Administrative Tasks: Managing order cancellations and ensuring invoices are paid, among other routine administrative duties.General Budget Management: Allocating and managing the budget for performance marketing, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximise ROI.Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective marketing materials.Customer Insights: Utilise customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign targeting.Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and performance to identify opportunities and threats.Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports on affiliate and performance marketing activities, using tools like Google Analytics and paid media platforms.Include key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.Briefing Marketing Materials: Create detailed briefs for the graphics team to ensure marketing materials are developed according to campaign requirements, trends and brand guidelines.Marketing Material Handover: Efficiently hand over marketing materials to the appropriate agency or account manager.Requirements Minimum 3-4+ years' experience managing SEM and/or Affiliates campaigns (in-house or agency-side) Google certifications in Analytics or PPC/SEM is preferred High-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics A passion for understanding consumer insights and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business ideas Ability to problem-solve & be reactive Proactively seeking out opportunities to keep across new industry trends or technologies High-level of attention to detail, excellent communicator and collaborative team-player Ability to analyse data & identify potential business opportunities to grow revenue and increase conversion Excellent time management & ability to always meet targets & deadlines Benefits Brand new offices including an onsite gym Great, fun and collaborate team culture Generous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discounts Fun events throughout the year
