We take pride in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where every customer feels like family.Responsibilities:• Plan and execute daily menus for breakfast and lunch, ensuring a diverse selection that meets our customers' preferences and dietary needs.• Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain freshness and availability of ingredients.• Uphold strict sanitation and food safety standards, following health codes and regulations at all times.• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient teamwork.• Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes and special promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.• Contribute to kitchen cleanliness and organization, maintaining a tidy workspace and efficient flow of operations.• Adapt to customer feedback and preferences, adjusting recipes and menu items as necessary to exceed expectations.• Requirements:• Proven experience as a chef in a similar role, with a strong background in baking and culinary arts.• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to mentor and develop kitchen staff.• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Benefits:* Competitive salary of $73,150 - $80,000 per year based on 38 hours per week.
