About the RoleAs a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their journey to and from K'gari (Fraser Island) is seamless and enjoyable. The role will include providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and assisting guests with their inquiries. You will be based at Sealink's mainland terminal, working with a dynamic team at the picturesque location of River Heads. This position is a part-time 6-month contract role, with potential to extend.
