This role involves a mix of operational and project duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience with Azure Active Directory, along with strong technical expertise in supporting and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities Create system designs, handover documentation, and assorted project artefactsAct as a senior technical member of the Operations teamSupport and manage back-office infrastructure to ensure availability of critical systemsEscalate high impacting service issues to relevant stakeholdersAs needed, assist internal ICT support teams in the resolution of IncidentsTimely response and resolution of service issues and ensure service level agreements are metWhere required, install, support, and maintain ICT Infrastructure for staff and studentsCollaborate with chosen vendors and service providers to deliver expected service levelsIdentify potential problems and advise IT Leads, assist in developing the most appropriate remediation, solution, and escalation pathAssist in the implementation of ICT migrations and integration assets as requiredOccasional out of hours support and project work may be requiredCompliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirementsRequirements Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience at a similar level (essential)Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (essential)Demonstrated experience with:Active Directory, including design, administration, and troubleshooting in On-prem and Azure environments (essential)Azure AD SSO and identity configuration and management with various corporate SaaS applications (essential)Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange OnlineIntune / Endpoint Manager, SCCMMicrosoft SQL Server Administration and TSQLWifi technologies around Authentication and SecurityStrong knowledge and understanding of:Cloud identity and access management concepts and standards (OAuth, SAML, etc)Active Directory, including design, administration, and troubleshooting in On-prem and Azure environmentsProficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languagesStrong commitment to client-focused operations and working within a collaborative team environmentExcellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a proven ability to work within tight timeframes, manage priorities and meet deadlinesExperience in ITIL Service, Change and Incident Management processesProject management tools (Atlassian suite and Freshservice)Applications close 27th March 2025
