Find out more about us at accenture.com Role Overview: Accenture ServiceNow Business Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tester to executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. You'll have a critical role as our technical backbone, with a strong background in ServiceNow testing, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive forward implementations in ServiceNow. Strategic thinker who designs scalable frameworks and transitions legacy systems to ServiceNow, aligning IT with business goals. Responsibilities include: Developing detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents. Executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test results. Identifying, documenting and reporting defects found during testing. Managing defects through Test Management Tool (Azure DevOps) and proactively drive defects and blockers to resolution. Conducting tool analysis, making recommendations and selections. Utilising efficient and effective processes and standards to continuously improve quality. Participating in Code Reviews and Quality Gate definitions Coordinating and collaborating with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
