Join our newly created Execution Services team, responsible for business management, portfolio management, program/project delivery and change management across the Corporate Operations Group Data division. The Execution Services team have been established to deliver initiatives and improvements in support of the Data’s work to develop, maintain, monitor and advise on Macquarie Group’s data management frameworks and to implement the Enterprise Data Strategy in support of Macquarie’s vision to use data as an asset for strategic and operational advantage.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play an important role in delivering a number of key workstreams to deliver improvements in operations and support the execution of the Data divisions strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project management lifecycle, working collaboratively with data and technology resources. You will develop and maintain high quality program artefacts and reporting to identify, communicate and manage risks, issues and dependencies for delivery, and escalating where required.
What you offer

* 10+ years experience in Project Management, leading both technical and non-technical projects
* Demonstrated experience in leading system migration/consolidation programs/projects
* Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including managing numerous priorities when working across a federated model
* Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams
* Prior experience in the data domain will be highly regarded
