Working closely with two Lawyers, you'll enjoy autonomy and flexibility assume responsibility for running your own files.
Your main duties in this role will include:
1. managing and maintaining your own Probate files from A-Z
2. developing and maintaining relationships with clients
3. processing regular client reports and;
4. general administration that is required in running your files
Skills and experience we'd love...
5. approximately a minimum of 3 plus years previous experience as a Probate Law Clerk
6. excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
7. the ability to multi-task and manage differing priorities
