The Role Reporting to and assisting the Sales Manager and Account Manager, the Supplier Operations Coordinator will primarily be responsible for ensuring that the product cycle moves smoothly and without issues. You will work closely with overseas suppliers to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time, and will be responsible for the prioritisation of orders. Oversee the product cycle from placing the order to handing over the goods to the customer. Manage 5 – 12 orders at any one time, with 60 in the pipeline. Conflict resolution and resolving of issues which arise with suppliers. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, compliance, artwork and logistics teams to ensure the smooth flow of production. Process orders and ensure documentation is accurate. Monitor orders and logistics statuses. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to speak Mandarin is essential A proactive approach to tasks at hand and the ability to multi-task – flexible in duties required to get the job done Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail. Excel skills with a strong proficiency in MS Office suite. A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude. Ability to prioritise with good time management.
