Operating in Australia, the UK and now the US, our people enable us to make a difference every day to our customers The role The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads. You will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the company's growth Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services. Qualify inbound leads by engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points. Maintain and manage lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sectors for outreach. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and the competitive landscape. Schedule, and attend industry networking events/ roadshows and lunches to strengthen your customer relations. Assist in preparing data-driven insights for the sales team to help optimize outreach efforts. Skills/ Experience Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, B2B environment Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies. A strong drive to achieve and overachieve, both as an individual and as part of a team (strong work ethic) Excellent communication and listening skills. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office). ( Salary $75,000k - $95,000k super comms )
