Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and caring team at SCC Tweed Heads NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and clients. You will provide expert nursing care, lead a team of dedicated care staff, and contribute to the overall quality of care delivery.
This is a Casual role. The pay rate is at $42.20 - 53.19 (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation plus Casual Loading.
The role is located at SCC Tweed Heads: 1-9 Blundell Blvd, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and developing care plans.
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
* Providing clinical leadership and promoting best practices in care delivery.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
* Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and maintaining accurate records.
* Qualifications:
o Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
o Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or a related field.
o Strong clinical and assessment skills.
o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
o Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
o Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
o Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
