We are seeking Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness. Posing as customers, reviewers make detailed observations and complete online surveys about their experience.
The ideal reviewer has an eye for detail, good memory, reliability, strong communication skills, and internet access.
Assignments depend on availability, task completion, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
Surveys take 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
