The Role
Woolworths, an iconic Australian brand, is expanding its Inbound Customer Service team in their online customer service division and has several exciting roles available. We’re looking for passionate individuals ready to propel their careers forward. This role offers a thorough training program onsite at Mascot, with ongoing support to ensure your success.
As part of this role, you'll handle inbound calls, assist both new and existing customers with online order inquiries, and deliver exceptional service. The job requires lateral thinking and proficiency in navigating multiple platforms.
This position starts as casual with the potential to become permanent for dedicated and successful candidates. The operating hours for this team are from Monday to Sunday, between 5.00am and 1.00am.

The Requirements
* At least 6 months of contact centre experience preferred, or a minimum of 12 months in retail/customer service
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Working from Home
Initially, you’ll need to attend the contact centre in Mascot for a minimum of 12 weeks. After gaining competence, you may have the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid model. To work from home, you’ll need:
* Minimum internet speeds of 28.8 Mbps
* Office desk
* Ergonomic chair
* Private, suitable workspace
