Position OverviewThe Client Services Manager will oversee the daily operations, supporting and effectively managing both paid and volunteer staff involved in our programs and services. This position requires strong people management skills with a demonstrated commitment to supporting staff. The Client Services Manager will display strong decision-making skills and ability to provide recommendations to enhance service delivery.The CSM will play a pivotal role in building relationships with external stakeholders and will collaborate with the Management Team to support the achievement of Drug ARM's strategic plan, funding agreements and policies.Other Key Responsibilities: Oversee programs and service delivery in alignment with the organisation's strategic plan, funding agreements and policies.Assist in the preparation and management of program budgets. Contribute to the development and implemtation of policies and procedures. Provide training and induction to staff and students and promote their skill development and professional growth.Participate in the ongoing review and evaluation of programs, ensuring accurate service statistics and effective reporting.Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Travelling to regional offices to provide support and collaborate with staff.
