About Our Client
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to meet budgetary targets and key performance indicators of the organisation.
Job Description
o Develop and implement financial strategies to meet budgetary targets and key performance indicators.
o Ensure financial responsibility and accountability across assigned functions.
o Optimise financial effectiveness and cost management initiatives.
o Support business planning, stakeholder engagement, and capital expenditure planning.
o Lead and mentor staff, fostering a safe, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.
o Oversee compliance with clinical governance frameworks and initiatives.
o Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership.
o Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in financial and business functions.
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to support organisational goals and strategic direction.
The Successful Applicant
o Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
o CA/CPA qualified.
o 4+ years of experience in a Finance/Business role.
o Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
o Proven experience in budget management, strategic financial planning, and stakeholder engagement.
o Advanced IT/system literacy with a strong understanding of financial systems.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and consultation skills.
