If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.Your roleIn this role, your key responsibilities will include:Liaising with Flight Operations Department on requirements.Communicating actions required by all parties to carry out rectifications or actions whenever a defect is reported in flight.As requested by Airworthiness, coordinating aircraft recovery from a defect at a location where no AMO support is contracted or available.Assisting and follow up of Overnight Maintenance completion from Line Maintenance, ensuring a release to service has been received following maintenance.Performing the necessary preparation work for the application of PUS after hours, as requested by the CAMO.Monitoring the rectification of defects on delayed or potentially delayed flights and ensuring that estimated return to service times are realistic.Keeping Airworthiness management and Flight Operations informed on AOG and delays as a result of mechanical disruptions.Liaising between CAMO Planning, the respective AMO and Material and Logistics to schedule or reschedule defect rectification or disruption to the planned maintenance outside their respective hours of business.Monitoring the line maintenance technical status of the aircraft in the customer Fleet.The essential requirements5+ years working experience, highly skilled and competent;Experience working on A319 & A320 & F100 preferably;Ability to obtain a Red ASIC card (no record of criminal offences);Ability to pass DAMP testing and Medical;Strong team player;Ability to follow supervisory direction;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Consistent positive and proactive attitude;Passion for safe work practices;Current Driver's licence;Shift 4 on 4 off;6 months contract.Additional qualificationsWe are specifically looking for candidates capable of committing to flexible working arrangements; further, please ensure that you are available to work in Perth before applying.What's in it for you?At Sigma, we place our people at the heart of everything we do.
