About the role
A Permanent Full Time opportunity now exists for an experienced Office Administrator with excellent computer skills to start immediately at our Wingfield branch.
Your major duties include, but are not limited to:
* Processing Banking and petty cash;
* Ensuring incoming mails and emails are attended to;
* Answering and directing telephone calls;
* Processing invoices and other accounting items into SAP;
* Accounts Receivable & Payable, processing and assisting in queries;
* Filing hard and soft copy documents;
* Customer service on the phone or counter as required;
* Helping team members in a small dynamic team.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
* 1-2 years’ experience in Administration;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* High attention to detail;
* Ability to work autonomously, but also be part of a team;
* Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
* Experience with SAP (an advantage).
