Senior Management Accountant Role
Our client is a dynamic ASX listed diversified multinational company experiencing rapid growth through organic expansion and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Management Accountant to join our team, reporting directly to and being mentored by our supportive and visionary Financial Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plant and equipment financial management, including maintenance and upgrades.
* Budgeting and forecasting for optimal financial performance.
* Effective working capital management to ensure liquidity and cash flow.
* Preparation and submission of accurate month-end reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Analysis of variances and implementation of corrective actions.
Successful candidates will possess:
* A recognised accounting qualification (CA/CPA) or be studying towards one.
* A minimum of 5+ years' experience in management accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large data sets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with General Managers, Operations teams, and C-Suite executives.
