SBMs play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple key contacts while developing and executing 2–3-year strategic plans.The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and business development skills, working closely with solutions teams to align with clients' long-term goals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategic planning to meet clients' long-term goals, formulate 2-3 year strategic plan, including ongoing contract management and negotiation.Act as Senior contact point between client and internal Winc teams.Communicating and collaborating with other Winc support functions to ensure highest quality of support, materials, and reports are being produced for client.Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.Resolving key client’s issues and complaints.Monitors competitive activity to ensure that appropriate response strategies are in place.Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with account managers/sales managers and other internal stakeholders.Expanding relationships to bring in new contracts and revenue.Maintain knowledge of Winc products, services, pricing, and overall strengths/weaknesses to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with business.WHAT WE LOOK FORDegree education in Business Admin, Finance, Sales, or related fields.4-5 years experience in sales management and account management.The ability to build rapport with key clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strong Communication, Negotiation and Leadership skills.Exceptional customer service mindset.Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage resources available.WORKING WITH WINCWe believe we’re better and smarter together and our values reflect our commitment to creating a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment.We all reap the rewards of diversity with gender equity across teams, senior management and internal promotions as just the beginning.We are committed to First Nations empowerment, and encourage First Nations Peoples to apply.We are focused on working towards a more sustainable future with our Winc Social Agenda.And finally, there’s plenty of perks!
