What Your Day Will Look Like: You'll start by collaborating with your team to ensure that all cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilising processes are completed to the highest standards. You'll be accountable for documenting outcomes and communicating with the Registered Nurse to maintain patient safety. Throughout the day, you'll be engaging with colleagues across the team, offering mentorship to new staff, and working closely with other health professionals to deliver care. You'll contribute to improving clinical practice, stay up-to-date with training, and take part in quality improvement activities.
