As a graduate at Sententia, you will be working with some of the most important organisations in the Australian government, and you will be tasked with solving some of their most complex problems. You will be supported from day one by a team of exceptional consultants.
Our graduates are a key part of both internal projects and client engagements. You will be involved in client interviews, analysing and assessing data and documentation, and directly delivering work and advice to our clients. You will be supported by an induction program with ongoing mentoring from our principal consultants to ensure you are best prepared for the work we do.
Sententia Consulting puts you in the driving seat of your career. We will give you the skills, time, and support to reach the development path that suits you. This is achieved through ongoing training and certifications as well as through working with a variety of clients and colleagues with experience across a range of industries. Our work often covers a broad range of topics and staff have the opportunity to work on what interests them, not simply what is in their job title.
Sententia Consulting was born from a desire to challenge the status quo and be innovative in how we support our people and clients. Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds, including Big 4, industry, and government, brought together by this shared vision.
In the 5 years since our formation, we have experienced remarkable growth. In 2023, we were recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of the fastest-growing startups in Australia. Building on this momentum, we've expanded our reach with the opening of a second office in Melbourne last year.
By joining a young, agile firm you will not only work on interesting projects and programs which have a direct impact on all Australians, but also play a part in shaping the future of our firm. This means being actively involved in identifying, planning, and delivering initiatives (such as internal projects, recruitment, and business operations to improve the way we work as a firm, as well as the social and sustainability aspects of our business).
