The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for coordinating & scheduling all installation works with the aim of delivering quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate & schedule projects Coordinate Site Contractors, Subcontractors & CL&S Crews Conduct Site Visits & Assessments On-Site Meetings with clients Maintain project documentation and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines & budgets. Proven workforce planning or scheduling experience on a major project or large organisation Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to deal with all operational levels both internal and external stakeholders. Manage high volumes of work, prioritize effectively amidst competing demands, and address unforeseen issues independently. Cost management, WH&S management, and project management. Ensure all team members operate effectively and positively contribute at every level – this will include identifying skills development requirements, implementing induction and onboarding procedures and on-the-job training. Be available after hours. About you: You will be an experienced leader with a background in civil works, civil construction, or civil engineering with demonstrated ability developing and coordinating works and resourcing across civil crews. You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels.
