Successful applicant will be responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to:
* Providing a professional warm welcome and service to patients
* Preparing for consulting sessions
* Professionally answering/responding to incoming calls
* Confirming and making patient bookings
* Account maintenance for new and existing patients
* Scheduling hospital bookings and procedures
Successful applicants ideally must have:
* Respect within the office and be able to protect strict patient privacy and confidentiality procedures/policies
* Be competent with medical software, specifically Genie
* Outstanding organisational skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task, stay calm and prioritise in high-pressure situations
