We are currently recruiting a Construction Coordinator for a Global Oil & Gas EPC on an initial 12-month contract to be based into the office initially and then transition onto site in the south of Perth.
Main Responsibilities: Develop work scopes, work packs, permit to work, procedures and processes to support the team's efficiency and quality of workReview piping design and ensure design is constructable, provide input to design as requiredPreparation of constructability reviews and HAZIDSEnsure all documentation, materials tools and consumables are identified and ready to execute for project portfolioResponsible for the allocation of resources as defined by scheduleParticipate in schedule and execution development to ensure the schedule is realistic and achievable for all base scope and carry overDevelop manning requirements and participate in the selection and recruitment of personnelProvide direction, guidance and leadership to all members of the teamsProvide leadership to achieve QHSE behaviours and culture to meet agreed targetsLead pre-starts and tool box meetingsCommunicate clear and effective directions of job and schedule requirements to the work teamEnsure that activities are scheduled to allow project activities to be executedEnsure planning and preparation of daily activities to achieve schedule for scope activitiesEnsure compliance with SIMOPs requirementsQualifications: Trade background with a minimum of 10 years' experience in mechanical / piping fittingWorking knowledge of construction processesIf interested in this position, please email your CV to us.
