As media & marketing facilitators, their approach to real estate is very unique, backed up by systems designed to support their staff within their roles.
We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who have a high attention to detail and who enjoy working with computers to undertake this entry-level administration role. We are currently looking for an outstanding Customer Relations / Asset Manager Assistant to join our team of professionals and work closely alongside our Asset Management & Sales teams.
Gain your Cert III in Business whilst working in the industry gaining hands on, real life skills!
Duties may include but not limited to:
* Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
* Taking messages and managing emails
* Data entry, filing and scanning
* Customer service – in person and over the phone
* Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
* Administrative support to Asset Management & Sales teams
* Effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, suppliers, new enquiries & the WPC Team
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
* Excellent corporate presentation
* An ability to learn new software quickly
* Work efficiently with attention to detail
* Outstanding telephone manner
* Ability to work within a time critical environment with exceptional time management
* Superior level of customer service and rapport building skills
* Exceptional facilitation in problem solving
* A current certificate of Registration in QLD is ideal although not necessary to be successful, we would expect the successful applicant to obtain the Salesperson & Property Manager’s certificate soon after
* Have a current Australian Driver's Licence
