As the Manager, HR Business Partnering, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering strategic HR solutions that align with both business unit objectives and the overarching University strategy. Acting as the trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will oversee the operational management of HR services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice and solutions across a diverse range of HR processes.

Key responsibilities will include:
o Provide high-quality, end-to-end HR advice and the broader University strategy, acting as the primary point of contact for senior managers.
o Mentor and support a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective guidance on complex HR issues, fostering team capability, and driving continuous performance improvement.
o Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring HR solutions address the unique needs and challenges of the business unit.
o Ensure HR advice and services adhere to relevant policies, legislation, and regulatory frameworks, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
About You
o Extensive experience in delivering strategic and operational HR advice in complex organisational environments.
o Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and provide tailored HR solutions.
o Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
o Expertise in interpreting and applying HR policies, compliance frameworks, and enterprise agreements.
o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving strategic outcomes.
o Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities to drive successful HR initiatives.
