This role ensures the successful delivery of projects, managing financials, KPIs, and reporting to drive business value.Key Responsibilities:Prioritise and manage a portfolio of SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.Develop and maintain project schedules, considering available resources and cross-functional dependencies.Monitor project status and proactively manage changes to ensure business value is protected.Lead and mentor team members to meet performance targets and KPIs.Ensure compliance with local requirements.Oversee the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.Maintain a strong focus on customer needs, safety, and delivering maximum value.Experience & Qualifications:10+ years of Portfolio/Program/Project Management experience, with a focus on SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP.Strong PMO experience, including managing time, attendance, and payroll systems projects.In-depth knowledge of payroll business processes and best practices.Proven ability to engage customers and solve complex problems.If you're a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP, apply now!
