Participant Engagement Coordinator
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing key financial functions within NDIS services, ensuring participants receive smooth onboarding and effective financial management throughout their journey. The Participant Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing service agreements, SDA/SIL tenancy agreements, and crucial financial processes, all while ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and providing outstanding service to our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting in line with NDIS requirements.
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for internal and external reporting.
* Address financial and operational issues, proactively recommending process improvements and financial efficiencies.
* Manage service agreements in the client management system (COSMO) and assist with participant billing inquiries.
* Manage SDA and SIL tenancy agreements, including rent and board invoicing.
* Facilitate participant onboarding and the establishment of NDIS service agreements with a focus on financial processes.
* Ensure full compliance with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework, with particular attention to financial aspects.

You bring a solid background in finance and financial management, with an understanding of NDIS legislation and processes. Your keen analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities will ensure your success in this role. You are adept at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and your excellent problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate complex financial and operational challenges.
Key Selection Criteria:
* A qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
* Expertise in financial management systems and Client Management Systems.
* Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing financial priorities.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
