They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to join their team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the executive leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities and governance responsibilities.
Your new role
As an Executive Support Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Provide advice and support to executive leaders on correspondence, appointments, events, and travel, including coordinating and collating appropriate briefing materials and information.
* Effectively manage the Executive team's diaries, including coordinating appointments and related arrangements.
* Coordinate and support governance committees, including maintaining meeting schedules, invitations, membership, and terms of reference.
* Provide secretariat services for meetings, including preparing agendas, collating and disseminating briefing papers, coordinating venues and catering, taking and writing minutes, and following up on actions.
* Draft professional and accurate correspondence, procedures, and other documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
