The Role
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager, you'll be part of a finance team of 8.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Assist with monthly financial reporting and consolidation, including group reporting and disclosure packs.
· Manage general ledger activities such as month-end processes, account reconciliations, journal entries, chart of accounts, and provisions.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, ethical standards, and SOX regulations.
· Build strong relationships within the department and across the business, especially during peak times.
· Handle IFRS reporting standards/matters.
· Prepare Statutory Financial Statements.
Your Skills & Experience
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
· Additional qualifications such as CPA or CA (CA preferred but not essential).
· Big Four experience will be highly regarded.
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
· Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Ability and willingness to meet business-critical deadlines.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize tasks
